Wisconsin vs. Purdue Football Tickets

Wisconsin vs. Purdue Football TicketsWisconsin vs. Purdue Football tickets are still available for this Saturday's game at Camp Randall. Saturday's game has a 2:30 start time. The Badgers have suffered from two disappointing losses these last two weeks, so here's hoping that Saturday will be a much better showing. Our Wisconsin Badgers generally have a great showing at home, so I have a good feeling about this one. Purdue has not won a game on the road yet this season and I don't see Camp Randall as the place where they will secure a win. Camp Randall is one of the toughest stadiums for visiting teams to play at and win. The opportunities to see the Badgers play at home are dwindling. After this weekend's game, there is only one more home Badgers football game. That game is November 26th against Penn State.

The first Summerfest 2012 headline act has just been announced. Lady Antebellum will perform on June 30th at the Marcus Amphitheater with Darius Rucker. This is one of the earliest Summerfest concert announcements that we can recall. Opening the show will be Thompson Square.

Summerfest 2012 Ticket Sales

Ticket Sales for the first 2012 Summerfest headline show will start on November 12. It looks like you have all winter long to think about how much fun you will have at the Lady Antebellum show next year. Ticket King will certainly have tickets for the show, once they go on sale.

Wisconsin Badgers Hockey Tickets

Wisconsin Badgers Hockey TicketsCan you believe it's already Wisconsin Badgers hockey season? I've been so engulfed in Packers and Badgers football that I almost forgot about hockey season. Almost. Thankfully, Wisconsin Badgers hockey tickets are already available and there is even a game this Friday night. I don't know about you, but I love the atmosphere of the Kohl Center. For one thing, it's centrally located in Madison and very easy to get to on foot. Games inside the Kohl Center are always high energy, especially since Badgers hockey has a strong winning tradition. And who doesn't love the excitement of the student section and the UW band?! If you've never been to a Badgers hockey game before, you should definitely make it a point to do so this season. Stop by the Nitty Gritty on the way in to the game.

5 Ways To Occupy Your Time DuringThe Green Bay Packers Bye Week

This week is the Green Bay Packers bye week. I don't know about you, but I get antsy when the Packers have their bye week. For seven weeks, I've organized my Sundays (and one Thursday) around the Packers schedule and I don't like the break in my routine. That being said, there are a few activities that I've been neglecting because I've been so busy cheering the Packers on to their 7-0 record. Here are 5 ways to occupy your time during the Green Bay Packers bye week:

1) Clean your living room.
Undoubtedly it could use a good vacuum and dusting after all the Packers viewing parties you've been hosting in it for the past few weeks.

2) Go for a walk. It's still somewhat nice outside, so why not go for a lovely stroll in the neighborhood and look at all the beautiful leaves while they're still somewhat on the trees.

3) Catch up on sleep. I know you've been staying up late watching all of the Packers highlights over and over again, reading countless articles written by all of the sports analysts, and obsessing over your fantasy football stats, so you could probably use an extra hour or two of sleep. The Packers bye week is the time for that!

4) Go on that weekend getaway you've been meaning to take. Head out of town! Since the Packers are off, you don't need to rush home on Sunday or stress over finding the local Packer bar in strange lands.
5) Wash your Packers gear. It's been seven weeks. If you haven't washed your Aaron Rodgers jersey by now, it's seriously time.

Thankfully the bye week only comes once a year and the Packers will be back in action before you know it!

Dropkick Murphys at Milwaukee Admirals Game 2/24

The Dropkick Murphys are slated to perform after the Milwaukee Admirals game on Friday, February 24th, as a part of the Admirals' post-game concert series. This is great news! We know how much Milwaukee loves the Dropkick Murphys, so it's a good thing they are coming to town. The Admirals game begins at 7PM and the concert will take place after the game on center ice. Your Milwaukee Admirals ticket gains you entrance to both the game and the rockin' concert. I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday night than to watch a hockey game and the Dropkick Murphys. If you need more convincing, you won't after you check THIS out:

Saturday 11/5 Badgers Football Game Will Start at 2:30: Wisconsin Badgers Tickets

Wisconsin Badgers football ticketsThe Saturday, November 5th Badgers football game will start at 2:30 PM, it was announced today. Since the time was previously unannounced, Badgers fans have anxiously been wondering when exactly to show up at Camp Randall for the Badgers vs. Purdue game. Badgers games have flexible start times thanks to TV and for some traveling fans, the start time makes a huge difference. I'm pretty excited that this game will start at 2:30 because I happen to be going to the game myself. I try to get to at least one Badgers game a year and coming from Milwaukee, I don't like to get up early enough to make it to Camp Randall in time for an 11:00 game. If you want to join me at the game, you can because Ticket King Milwaukee has Badgers football tickets still available for this game. I'm still a little bitter about the Badgers loss against Michigan State this past Saturday, but I like to think they will have a better showing at this game.

See the Green Bay Packers on the Road: Green Bay Packers Tickets

Green Bay PackersYou can see the Green Bay Packers on the road this weekend as they take on the Minnesota Vikings at the Metrodome this Sunday afternoon. Ticket King Milwaukee has Green Bay Packers tickets for all away games in addition to all games played at Lambeau Field. If you've never left Wisconsin to cheer on the Packers, then you are missing out! Minnesota is a great place to travel to to cheer on the Packers because it isn't too far of a drive. The Metrodome is notorious for being a tough place for visiting teams to play in because of its roof. However, with the Vikings not playing as well as they have in previous years, the loud Metrodome shouldn't be too distracting for the Packers. See for yourself!

Milwaukee Admirals tickets are available from Ticket King Milwaukee for the entire season. Last year, the Admirals had an exciting playoffs run and this year should be a good year for the team. Green Bay Packers vs. St. Louis Rams Tickets

Green Bay Packers ticketsYou can still get Green Bay Packers vs. St. Louis Rams tickets for this weekend at Lambeau Field. Sunday's game has a noon start time, but due to new security measures, fans will want to arrive at the gate with plenty of time to spare. During the last home game, many fans missed kickoff because they were still waiting to get through security. Keep that in mind when making your arrangements for Sunday's game. Though nothing is guaranteed in football, Sunday's game should be an easy win for the Packers. Let's hope they can improve their record to 6-0. Right now, the Packers and the Lions are the only two teams in the NFL with undefeated records. Keep up the good work, Packers.

Milwaukee Brewers World Series Tickets

Milwaukee Brewers World Series TicketsMilwaukee Brewers World Series tickets are already available from Ticket King Milwaukee. We like to keep a positive Brewers attitude here in the office and we have a pretty good feeling that our Brew Crew is going to go all the way to the World Series. The best part is that the Brewers have home field advantage! Can you imagine a World Series in Milwaukee? Maybe you can if you were around in 1982. Anyways, this is an exciting time for the Milwaukee Brewers and you will not want to miss the chance to see them in the World Series. Just a side note, if, on the off chance, the Milwaukee Brewers do not make it to the World Series, you will receive a full refund. So why not beat the rush and buy your World Series tickets now?

'So When's The Next Brewers Game?': Milwaukee Brewers Playoffs Tickets

Milwaukee Brewers playoffs tickets
A lot of people have been asking, "So when's the next Brewers game?" Much of that will be determined after tonight's NLDS playoffs games in both Arizona and St. Louis. Here's a look at all of the possible scenarios for upcoming Brewers games:

* If the Brewers win tonight, they eliminate the Diamondbacks and move on to the NLCS.
* If the Phillies win tonight, they eliminate the Cardinals and get home field advantage over the Brewers in the NLCS.
* If the Brewers lose tonight, there will be a Home Game 3 at Miller Park this Friday.
* If the Phillies lose tonight, there will be another home game for them in Philadelphia.

So, there could be one more NLDS home game at Miller Park this Friday. If the Phillies move on to the next series with the Brewers, the Brewers will not have home field advantage. However, if the St. Louis Cardinals win, they Brewers will have home field advantage over them in the NLCS and that could be as early as Sunday. Milwaukee Brewers playoffs tickets are available for all games.

Ticket King Green Bay Hosts Weddings, Too!

It's true. In addition to selling Packers tickets on game day, our Ticket King office in Green Bay also hosts weddings in its parking lot. This past weekend, a Packers fan and a Broncos fan got married while tailgating in our parking lot before the Packers vs. Broncos game. Rob and Emily of Virginia, Broncos and Packers fans respectively, had planned to marry before the game of their two favorite teams. They ordered a block of tickets from our office back in August and then held their ceremony in our parking lot, each clad in their team's colors. We are honored to have been a part of their special day. May you both have a long and happy life together!

Check out the video coverage of their wedding below:
