Marquette vs. Georgetown Tickets 3/3

Don't miss the Marquette Golden Eagles play their final home game of the season this Saturday at the Bradley Center. Marquette hosts the Georgetown Hoyas in their last game of the regular season. Marquette vs. Georgetown tickets are still available for Saturday afternoon's game. As Marquette basketball fans know, this has been an exciting season for the Golden Eagles. They boast some of the best players in the league and have earned a double bye for the first time ever, putting them into the Big East quarterfinals. Depending how the Golden Eagles play this week, the team could finish anywhere between 2nd place and 4th place in the Big East standings. Currently, Marquette is ranked in the top ten over all, which makes me wonder, will they make it to the final rounds of the Big Dance? Usually teams in the top ten make it far into the playoffs.

Styx Will Perform Post- Milwaukee Admirals Game 3/3

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 3rd because the Milwaukee Admirals are hosting another post-game concert. This time legendary rockers, Styx, will woo you with their crazy keyboarding skills after the Milwaukee Admirals vs. Chicago Wolves game. The excitement begins at 7PM. Your ticket to the Admirals game allows you to see the concert as well. I don't know about you, but I had a great time last Friday at the Admirals game/Dropkick Murphys concert. As I've said before, nothing beats an Admirals hockey game and a concert. I'm definitely going to see Styx. I haven't seen them in concert since they performed at Summerfest back in the late '90s. I invite you to get your Milwaukee Admirals tickets and come sail away, come sail away, come sail away with me!

Big Time Rush Headlining Marcus Amphitheater July 6th

Another Summerfest concert announcement! Big Time Rush will be headlining the Marcus Amphitheater on Friday, July 6th. Big Time Rush is the sixth headlining act to be announced for Summerfest 2012 joining the ranks of Lady Antebellum, Iron Maiden, Zac Brown Band, Neil Diamond, and the Beach Boys. Don't forget, Ticket King Milwaukee is your source for great Marcus Amphitheater tickets for Summerfest 2012.

Big Time Rush, an all-boy band from Los Angeles, will be stopping at Summerfest as a part of their 2012 Better With U tour. Big Time Rush gained their fame from the popular Nickelodeon television show of the same name. Their first album, BTR, came out in October of 2010 and topped out at number three on the Billboard charts. BTR went gold after selling 500,000 copies. The band released a second album, Elevate, at the end of 2011. Big Time Rush has proved to be popular among a slightly younger demographic, so this show will definitely be one that the whole family can attend.

Check out Big Time Rush's sound below in their hit "If I Ruled the World" off of Elevate:

Badgers vs. Gophers Tickets 2/28

With the regular season almost over, the Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team is looking to secure a good seed in the playoffs. The best way for them to do that is to win their six remaining games. On Tuesday, February 28th, the Badgers will host the Minnesota Gophers in their second-to-last home game of the season. Badgers vs. Gophers tickets for Tuesday night's game at the Kohl Center are starting at just $11. At the close of the regular season, the Badgers will most likely earn their 14th straight trip to the playoffs. It's been a season of ups and downs for the Badgers men's basketball team, but the Badgers will most likely find themselves in a decent position for the post-season. Go Badgers!

Milwaukee Brewers Games in April | Milwaukee Brewers Tickets

I don't know about you, but I'm getting antsy for the Milwaukee Brewers season to begin. I've been going through baseball withdrawal. I just want to go to Miller Park and watch a Brewers game. At least spring training is underway and Opening Day is in 44 days. Speaking of Brewers Opening Day, it's getting to be about the time to start making plans for that game. It's also a good time to take a look at the Milwaukee Brewers schedule and thinking about what other games you might want to attend (especially if your boss won't let you off of work on Opening Day). Here's a look at the Milwaukee Brewers games in April:

  • Brewers vs. Cardinals @ Miller Park April 6-8
  • Brewers vs. Dodgers @ Miller Park April 17-19
  • Brewers vs. Rockies @ Miller Park April 20-22
  • Brewers vs. Astros @ Miller Park April 23-25
If you're feeling bold, there are two road trips you might want to take in April to see the Brewers play on the road. On April 9th-April 11th, it's Brewers vs. Cubs at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Then on April 27th-April 29th, it's Brewers vs. Cardinals at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. All this baseball game is getting me excited for the 2012 Brewers season! Go Brew Crew!

Admirals Hockey with Dropkick Murphys Tickets 2/24

Sit on the glass for the Milwaukee Admirals vs. Abbotsford Heat game this Friday night and then see the Dropkick Murphys perform after the game! Admirals Hockey with Dropkick Murphys tickets are still available for this exciting evening of hockey and rock music. This will be the third straight year that the Dropkick Murphys have performed at Bradley Center after an Admirals game. Don't miss your opportunity to see the ever popular Irish-American punk band perform. Face-off is at 7 PM and the concert will start approximately 30 minutes after the game ends.

Dave Matthews Band Alpine Valley Tickets 7/6-7/7

After taking last year off from touring, the Dave Matthews Band has returned to the studio to record a new album. With a new album comes a summer tour! The Dave Matthews Band will make a two-day stop at Alpine Valley on July 6th and 7th. Ticket King can help you get great Dave Matthews Band Alpine Valley tickets. The Dave Matthews Band has been a staple in the Alpine Valley concert lineup, having played a two day concert every year there since 1999 (with the exception of 2000 and 2011). The band also released two live albums that were recorded at Alpine Valley, Live Trax Vol. 8 and Live Trax Vol. 15.  It's great to see the Dave Matthews Band make their return to the summer tour circuit with a two-day stop in Wisconsin.

Iron Maiden Summerfest Tickets 7/4

Another Summerfest concert announcement! At this rate, I almost can't keep up with all of these additions to the Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater lineup. Iron Maiden will headline Summerfest at the Marcus Amphitheater on July 4th with special guest Alice Cooper. Ticket King Milwaukee is your source of Iron Maiden Summerfest tickets.

Iron Maiden makes their visit to Summerfest as a part of their Maiden England World Tour. The unique aspect of this tour is that it will be based on Iron Maiden's 1988 7th Tour of a 7th Tour which resulted in a concert video also called Maiden England World Tour. This unique tour will give heavy metal fans the opportunity to enjoy some of Iron Maiden's classic hits as the British band gained its fame in the 1980s.

And what about rock n' roll hall of famer Alice Cooper? The famous rocker hardly needs an introduction. He will be an excellent addition to this show (as long as there are no chickens on stage). I can't think of a better way to celebrate the fourth of July than to head to the Marcus Amphitheater for a night of heavy metal from some incredible rockers!

Beach Boys Summerfest Tickets 7/1

"America's Band" has been added to the Summerfest 2012 lineup. That's right, the Beach Boys are headlining Summerfest on July 1st at the Marcus Amphitheater. The Beach Boys' 2012 concert tour is in conjunction with the band's 50th anniversary. Can you believe the Beach Boys have been around for fifty years already? It's hard to believe. Dubbed "America's Band," the Beach Boys have the most top 40 hits of an American rock band (36 to be exact). I'm sure all of you know at least one or two or ten Beach Boys songs, even if you did not grow up in the prime Beach Boys era. My personal favorites are "Kokomo," "Surfin' USA," "Rhonda," "Barbara Ann," and "California Girls." If you're a Beach Boys fan, you won't want to miss this Summerfest concert. Remember, Ticket King can help you get great Beach Boys Summerfest tickets.

Marquette vs. Rutgers Tickets 2/22

The 21-5 Marquette men's basketball team will host Rutgers at the Bradley Center on February 22nd for the second-to-last home game of the season. Get your Marquette vs. Rutgers tickets to catch some exciting Big East action before the end of the regular season. With a 10-3 Big East record, Marquette is ranked second in the conference behind Syracuse.  Marquette seniors Jae Crowder and Darius Johnson-Odom have been leading the Golden Eagles setting record highs in average points scored per game and rebounds respectively. The two players, who were never ranked before playing college basketball, have continued to lead the Golden Eagles to victory. Go Marquette!

Badgers Hockey Tickets

The Badgers' men's hockey team has one thing on their mind: getting home ice for the WCHA playoffs. After suffering a series of disappointing losses, that goal appears to be harder for the Badgers hockey team to achieve than before. With seven games left in the regular season, the Badgers have arrived at the do-or-die portion of their season. The remaining seven games will determine their position for the playoffs. Up next, the Badgers host the Denver Pioneers for a two game series at the Kohl Center on February 18th and February 19th.  Badgers hockey tickets are still available for this upcoming series. Show your support for the Badgers hockey team by cheering them onto victory and into the playoffs.

Marcus Amphitheater Summerfest Tickets 2012

Though it's hard to imagine the warmth of the summer months, Summerfest 2012 will be here before you know it. So far, three Marcus Amphitheater headliners have been announced for Summerfest 2012: Lady Antebellum on Saturday, June 30th, the Zac Brown Band on Thursday, July 5th, and Neil Diamond will close out the fest on Sunday, July 8th. Marcus Amphitheater shows are always in high demand, so it's better to get your Marcus Amphitheater Summerfest tickets sooner rather than later. All three of these shows promise to be exciting. Lady Antebellum has proved to be popular in Milwaukee as they have performed several shows here in recent years. I saw the Zac Brown Band open for the Dave Matthews Band a few summers ago and was presently surprised by their impressive musical talents. Neil Diamond has always been one of my favorites. After seeing him perform at this year's Kennedy Center Honors, I'm definitely going to make it a point to see him at the Marcus Amphitheater this summer. I mean, who doesn't love singing along to "Sweet Caroline"?

Miranda Lambert Bradley Center Tickets

It was just announced that country music star Miranda Lambert will perform at the Bradley Center on April 19th. Ticket King Milwaukee will be your source for Miranda Lambert Bradley Center tickets as soon as they are available. Lambert arrived on the country music scene after gaining fame from being a finalist on the country music show Nashville Star in 2003. Her first album, Kerosene, came out it 2005 and immediately soared to the top of the Billboard country charts. Since then, she's released several more albums and won all kinds of country music awards including "Top Female Vocalist of the Year" at the 2011 Academy of Country Music awards. Most recently, Lambert released her fourth album aptly named Four the Record. In addition to her solo work, Lambert started an all-girl group called the Pistol Annies. If you're an avid Law & Order: SVU fan, you would have seen Miranda Lambert's acting debut on the show's most recent episode. Lambert is married to fellow country music star Blake Shelton. I wonder if he'll make a guest appearance during her concert at the Bradley Center.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Miami Heat Tickets 2/13

Can the Milwaukee Bucks defeat the Miami Heat for a third time? There's only one way to find out: get your Milwaukee Bucks vs. Miami Heat tickets and see for yourself. The Bucks already defeated the Heat on the road and Bogut-less at the Bradley Center. I'd say the odds are in the Milwaukee Bucks' favor. Especially with the electric crowd of the Bradley Center and the help of the unstoppable Brandon Jennings. Speaking of Brandon Jennings, analysts are saying that he should earn a spot on the All-Star team. Think he'll make the team? Jennings has certainly improved his game since last season, thanks to his hard work in the off-season. It would be nice to see him make the All-Star team.

5 Reasons Why You Must See the Black Keys at the Bradley Center | Bradley Center Tickets

The Black Keys are returning to Milwaukee to perform at the Bradley Center on Wednesday, May 16th. This is one show that you will not want to miss. Thankfully, Ticket King Milwaukee offers Bradley Center tickets, so you can still get your Black Keys tickets. Here are 5 reasons why you must see the Black Keys at the Bradley Center:

  1. You regret missing them headline Summerfest this past summer. Everyone was talking about the Black Keys concert at Summerfest last year. It was the by far the best Milwaukee concert of the summer. I, too, harbor deep feelings of regret for missing that show and I was even at the 'fest that day. Never again.
  2. The Black Keys are one of the biggest rock acts on the planet and they're coming to Milwaukee. It's not every day that huge names in rock n' roll come to Milwaukee. So when big names do come to town, I have to be at the show. And so should you.
  3. The Black Keys are in the prime of their career. There's nothing worse than watching a washed up band in concert trying to reclaim their glory days and failing miserabley. Or has-been bands trying to play new material (I'm looking at you, Kansas.) The Black Keys are the exact opposite of all of that. They are hot right now and they are generating more hits than Prince Fielder at the home run derby in 2009.
  4. With the Black Keys' diverse sound, there truly is something for everyone. Yes, you can even take your dad to the show.
  5. "Lonely Boys." I dare you to listen to this song without so much as tapping your foot, bobbing your head, or kicking your office chair over and showcasing your finest dance moves along with the song.

Badgers Three Remaining Home Games| Badgers Basketball Tickets

It's hard to believe that the Badgers basketball team has just three remaining home games at the Kohl Center. College basketball season always seems to fly by and soon it will be time to put together your playoffs brackets for the office pool. Get your Badgers basketball tickets while there's still time to get to a game at the Kohl Center. The Badgers' remaining opponents include Penn State (2/19), Minnesota (2/28), and Illinois (3/4). Wisconsin is 3 and 3 at the Kohl Center in Big Ten match ups, so hopefully they will be able to improve that record after these last few home games. Traditionally, the Badgers have had an exceptional record at the Kohl Center, but as is the case with most records, they ebb and flow.  Records aside, the Badgers will most likely make their 14th straight appearance in the NCAA tournament.

Milwaukee Brewers Tickets

With the conclusion of football and the warmer temperatures, I've got one thing on my mind: Milwaukee Brewers baseball. It feels like it should be baseball season already, and thankfully it's almost time to fire up the grill and tailgate at Miller Park. After the exciting playoffs run last season, Milwaukee Brewers tickets are certain to be the hot item this spring and summer. Here are five series that I definitely don't want to miss:

  • Brewers Opening Day-April 6th, 2012. Be there or be square. The Brewers will open their 2012 series against the World Series winners, the St. Louis Cardinals. Remember the excitement of the NLCS? I'm sure we'll see that kind of excitement again.
  • Cubs series at Miller Park-May 11th-May 13th. I love the rivalry (as long as it doesn't get out of hand) and so I never miss the Brewers/Cubs games at Miller Park.
  • Twins series at Miller Park-May 15th-May 20th. Another great rivalry series.
  • Phillies series at Miller Park--August 16th-20th. It's nice to see the Brewers play another strong team from the National League at Miller Park. The Phillies have traditionally done very well in the playoffs, so it will be fun to see the Brewers go head-to-head with such a team.
  • Brewers on the road: The Brewers will travel to both the US Cellular Field and Wrigley Field in Chicago to take on the White Sox and Cubs respectively. I like traveling to see the Brewers, especially in neighboring cities. The Brewers will also play at Target Field this summer to take on the Minnesota Twins.
Here's to a great Milwaukee Brewers 2012 season!

Admirals Hockey | Ticket King for Admirals Tickets

If you've never been to an Admirals Hockey game at the Bradley Center, then you are missing out! Ticket King has great Admirals tickets available for all home games. Experience the excitement of Admirals hockey by sitting on the glass (just watch out for flying pucks). Currently, the Admirals are fourth in the Midwest Division of the AHL's Western Conference. In addition to playing great hockey, the Admirals also offer several post-game concerts. Three more post-game concerts remain on the Admirals schedule this season including the Dropkick Murphys on February 24th, Styx on March 3rd, and Pat McCurdy on March 30th. Your game ticket grants you access to the post-game concert on the ice.

Barry Manilow Milwaukee Theatre Tickets

On April 28th, the Milwaukee Theatre will be graced with the presence of a musical great. That's right, folks, Barry Manilow is coming to town. Fanilows, your wishes have been granted! Even better, Ticket King Milwaukee already has Barry Manilow Milwaukee Theatre tickets available. Spend the evening listening to classic hits such as "Copacabana" and my personal favorite, "Mandy." Manilow has wowed music fans for decades and has sold over 80 million albums. In addition to entertaining, Manilow also produces albums (most famously for Dionne Warwick and Bette Midler) and writes and performs commercial jingles. Manilow actually wrote the jingle for Band-Aid and performed it in a child's voice. You might remember that one: "I'm stuck on Band-Aid, cause Band-Aid sticks on me." He even won a Clio for that jingle. For the past view years, Barry Manilow has been a staple in the Las Vegas entertainment circuit.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Chicago Bulls Tickets 2/4

Saturday evening, our Lake Michigan rivals will pay the Milwaukee Bucks a visit at the Bradley Center. Don't miss out on the Bucks vs. Bulls action! Milwaukee Bucks vs. Chicago Bulls tickets are still available for Saturday night's game. The Milwaukee Bucks are on a roll and are looking to continue their winning streak tonight against the Miami Heat. When the Bucks and Bulls last met on January 27th, the Bulls barely won 107-100. Since then, the Bucks defeated both the Lakers and the Pistons. Despite Bogut's injury, which has benched him for most of the season, the Bucks have been playing very well. The Bucks' success can be attributed to the depth of their roster. Let's hope they can keep up this kind of momentum for the rest of the season. Go Bucks!
