Milwaukee Brewers on the Road | Milwaukee Brewers Tickets

Ever think about traveling outside of Milwaukee to see the Milwaukee Brewers play? Ticket King Milwaukee can help you get Milwaukee Brewers tickets to see the Brewers on the road! Catching a Brewers game outside of Milwaukee can be a great way to experience a new city while watching the hometown team play. It's also fun to check out classic ballparks around the country. A couple of years ago, the Ticket King crew took a quick trip up to Minneapolis to see the Brewers vs. Twins. Not only did we get to enjoy a lovely day in outdoor Minneapolis, but we got to see our Brewers win! This season, the Brewers will play in many exciting cities around the country including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, Denver, St. Louis, and Washington DC (to name a few). Go see the Brewers play on the road and incorporate a sight-seeing trip along with it!

Nickelback at the Bradley Center 5/25 | Bradley Center Tickets

Don't forget that your favorite Canadian rock band will perform at the Bradley Center on May 25th. That's right, Nickelback makes a return to Milwaukee at the end of May. Joined by Bush, Seether, and My Darkest Days, Nickelback at the Bradley Center promises to be a rockin' good time. I'm glad to see Bush back on tour. I was a big Bush fan when they had their hey day in the '90s. Nickelback has been consistently churning out rock n' roll hits since the early '00s. They've been appearing in Milwaukee at various venues off and on since then. In addition to playing at the Bradley Center, Nickelback has headlined at the Marcus Amphitheater during Summerfest several times and has also appeared at the Rave. Nickelback Bradley Center tickets are still available and they make a good gift for your significant other. The show starts at 6PM and has a general admission floor. That means that the floor is standing room only and first come first serve. If you don't mind standing for long periods of time, I recommend going for the GA floor and arriving as early in order to stake out a good spot on the floor.

Black Keys Tickets 5/16

You have a little over 3 weeks to get your Black Keys tickets for their May 16th concert at the Bradley Center, but I wouldn't suggest waiting much longer to get your tickets. Already, the Black Keys have dazzled concert-goers across the nation with live shows featuring their latests hits off their newest album, El Camino. As far as spring concerts in Milwaukee are concerned, the Black Keys at the Bradley Center is a must-see show. As I've mentioned several times before, the Black Keys played last summer at Summerfest at the Marcus Amphitheater and it was one of the best shows of the summer. I'm still sad that I missed that show, but I don't like to dwell on the past. Anyways, go see the Black Keys on May 16th at the Bradley Center. You'll be glad that you did. Arctic Monkeys will be opening for the Black Keys.

Brewers vs. Astros Tickets

Tonight, the Brewers open up a 3 game home series against the Houston Astros. Now, I know it's Monday night and most people are still winding down after the weekend, but I can't think of a better way to spend my evening than at Miller Park. Get your Brewers vs. Astros tickets and head on over to Miller Park to cheer on the Brew Crew. Zack Greinke will be pitching tonight and hopefully he can help get the Brewers back on track after the team didn't do as well as hoped this weekend vs. the Colorado Rockies. Tonight's Brewers vs. Astros game marks the beginning of a six-game road trip for Houston. Speaking of Houston, the Brewers have won 29 of their 39 games against the Astros at Miller Park since 2007. Let's hope that after tonight's game the Brewers will have 30 wins against Houston. Go Brewers!

Last Milwaukee Bucks Home Game | Milwaukee Bucks Tickets

The Milwaukee Bucks will play their last home game of the season this Wednesday at the Bradley Center. Get your Milwaukee Bucks tickets and catch the Bucks vs. 76ers in the last home game of the season. Great seats are still available for Wednesday's game. If you haven't made it to a Milwaukee Bucks season this game, this would be a great game to attend. With just four games left in the season, the Bucks are still hoping to clinch the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Philadelphia 76ers hold that 8th spot which means that Wednesday's game has big playoff implications. As it stands now, the Bucks are three games behind the 76ers. If the Bucks want to make the playoffs, they'll need to win all of their games. A playoff spot would be huge for this year's Milwaukee Bucks, but making it could be a long shot. Go Bucks!

Green Bay Packers 2012 Schedule

It's the moment we've all been waiting for--the release of the Green Bay Packers 2012 Schedule! I'm so excited, I can hardly stand it! I'm already thinking about which games I want to attend and getting my Green Bay Packers tickets. Without further ado, here is the Green Bay Packers 2012 schedule:

Green Bay Packers 2012 Schedule

Sunday, September 9th vs. San Francisco 49ers 3:15 PM

Sunday, September 30th vs. New Orleans Saints 3:15 PM

Sunday, October 14th @ Houston Texans 7:20 PM
Sunday, October 21st @ St. Louis Rams 12 PM
Sunday, October 28th vs. Jacksonville Jaguars 12 PM
Sunday, November 4th vs. Arizona Cardinals (gold package) 12 PM
Sunday, November 11th BYE WEEK
Sunday, November 18th @ Detroit Lions 12 PM
Sunday, November 25th @ New York Giants 7:20 PM

Sunday, December 16th @ Chicago Bears 12 PM
Sunday, December 23rd vs. Tennessee Titans 12 PM
Sunday, December 30th @ Minnesota Vikings 12 PM

The Packers home opener against the San Francisco 49ers is a game I would have loved to see last season. Last season, the Packers and the 49ers had the top two seeds in the NFC respectively, but never played in a regular or post-season game. It also appears that gold package ticket holders will have some exciting games this Packers season. In Week 3, the Packers will travel to Seattle, the new home of backup quarterback Matt Flynn. Wonder if he will get any playing time! In any event, I'm so excited for the upcoming Packers season. Go Pack Go!

Iron Maiden Summerfest Tickets

Are you ready to rock at Summerfest 2012 this summer? If you are, then go no further than the Iron Maiden with Alice Cooper show at the Marcus Amphitheater on July 4th. Legendary rockers Iron Maiden and Alice Cooper can certainly be relied on to put on a loud, high energy, theatrical show. It's hard to consider Alice Cooper an "opening act" since he has achieved the same superstardom status as Iron Maiden. Get your Iron Maiden Summerfest tickets today to ensure that you won't miss this awesome show.

In case you're hoping to sit as close to the stage as possible, the Iron Maiden and Alice Cooper Marcus Amphitheater concert will indeed have a pit. The pit is located in front of the middle section in the red seats, Section 2. There are no physical seats in the pit and the pit is about 4 rows in front of Section 2. If you're standing in the pit, you are as close to the Marcus Amphitheater stage as humanly possible. If you're someone that needs a chair, I wouldn't recommend getting seats in the pit. On the other hand, this is the type of show where I can't imagine anyone in the audience will spend any time sitting in their chairs at all. If close proximity to the stage isn't your thing, you might want to look for seats in the yellow section. Seats in the yellow section are under the roof of the Marcus Amphitheater, so if it rains you're still protected! I will say that I've sat everywhere at the Marcus Amphitheater and there is not a bad seat in the house!

Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater Tickets

Baseball season has begun and Summerfest 2012 starts in a little over two months! That means that summer is just around the corner. Between all of the street festivals, the lakefront, Miller Park and Summerfest, nothing beats summer in Milwaukee. Speaking of Summerfest, this year's Marcus Amphitheater lineup is very eclectic. There's truly a musical act for everyone. Whether or not you like pop, heavy metal, country, or boy bands, there will certainly be a must-see musical act for your music tastes at the Marcus Amphitheater during Summerfest 2012. I'd say that now is a good time to start planning ahead and picking out which Marcus Amphitheater shows you want to attend. Need help finding your Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater tickets? Ticket King Milwaukee's got you covered!

Two date remains to be booked for the Marcus Amphitheater during Summerfest 2012, but below is the Marcus Amphitheater lineup as it stands now:

Brewers vs. Dodgers Tickets

Didn't make it to the opening Brewers series at Miller Park? Don't worry because you have plenty of time to make it to Miller Park to catch a Brewers game this season. After all, the Brewers season does last until September.  As we speak, the Brewers are finishing up a 4-game series in Chicago against the Cubs. The Brewers have already won 3 out of the 4 games vs. the Cubs, fingers crossed that they sweep the series! After a weekend trip to Atlanta, the Brewers return to Miller Park on Tuesday for a 3-game series vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers. Alpine Valley Concert Tickets

Summer is just around the corner and that means time to start planning trips to great outdoor music venues like Alpine Valley! Time to get my Alpine Valley concert tickets. We're lucky to have a great outdoor venue like Alpine Valley here in Wisconsin and I'm glad it's not too far from Milwaukee! It's so easy to get there on I-43. The only thing I suggest when going to a show at Alpine Valley is allow yourself plenty of time to get there. The road gets a little congested right around the entrance to Alpine Valley, so it's best to leave early. You don't want to spend precious tailgating time waiting in a car line to get into the parking lot.

This year's Alpine Valley music lineup features classic bands that are Alpine Valley veterans. I'm excited to see such a strong lineup as last year's was pretty thin. Four bands have been booked for Alpine Valley this year: Phish, Dave Matthews Band, and KISS & Motley Crue. Phish will perform for two nights on Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1st. Dave Matthews Band will take the stage for two nights on Friday, July 6th and Saturday, July 7th. The Tour: KISS & Motley Crue happens on Saturday, September 8th. Two-night shows are always a blast especially if you like camping. I've never camped at Alpine Valley before, but maybe this year will be the year!

Milwaukee Bucks vs. New York Knicks 4/11 | Milwaukee Bucks Tickets

Tomorrow night's Milwaukee Bucks vs. New York Knicks game is a must-win game for the Milwaukee Bucks if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive. In an interesting twist of recent events, the Philadelphia 76ers have also become serious contenders for that highly-coveted 8th playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. After losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder last night, the Milwaukee Bucks slipped 1.5 games behind the 76ers. The Bucks' best chance of staying in the playoff race will come with defeating the Knicks tomorrow night at the Bradley Center.  Milwaukee Bucks tickets are still available for tomorrow night's do-or-die Bucks vs. Knicks game. With Bucks playoffs hopes riding on this game, I can only imagine what the atmosphere will be like inside the Bradley Center. Electric, no doubt.

By the way, the Milwaukee Bucks have only 9 games remaining in their regular season. Including tomorrow night's home game, the Bucks have 5 home games left this season. If you haven't attending a Bucks game this season, now would be a great time to go!

Florence and the Machine Tickets 4/28

In case you're wondering, Florence and the Machine tickets are still available for their April 28th performance at the Eagles' Ballroom in the Rave. I'm really excited about this concert as Florence and the Machine is one of my favorite groups at the moment. I'm still kicking myself for not seeing them open for the Black Keys at Summerfest last year, but thankfully I have another chance to see them perform in Milwaukee. I have to admit, it's been awhile since I've been to a show at the Rave, but I think the Eagles' Ballroom will be a great venue to see Florence and the Machine because of the wide open space. Sometimes I just want to see a band perform without being confined to neat aisles and rows (and chairs). Florence and the Machine, a British group fronted by Florence Welch, gained popularity in the United States a couple of years ago with their smash hit "Dog Days Are Over." Florence and the Machine at the Eagles' Ballroom on April 28th is not to be missed!

For your viewing and listening pleasure, here's an acoustic version of Florence and the Machine performing "Cosmic Love" live:

Milwaukee Bucks Win 1st Game of 5 Game Home Stay | Milwaukee Bucks Tickets

The Milwaukee Bucks have won the 1st game of their 5 game home stay, defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers 107-98. This win is good for the Milwaukee Bucks in their quest to make it to the playoffs. With home court advantage on their side, it seems likely that the Milwaukee Bucks can close in on the New York Knicks and grab that last playoff seed. Speaking of the New York Knicks, the Knicks come to the Bradley Center on Wednesday, April 11th for the Milwaukee Bucks final home game of this 5 game home stay. Milwaukee Bucks tickets are still available for all four of the remaining home games in this 5 game series. Tomorrow night, the Bucks host the Charlotte Bobcats with tip off at 7:30. Saturday night, the Portland Trail Blazers come to the Bradley Center with tip off at 7:30. On Monday night, it's Bucks vs. Thunder and as I mentioned earlier, Wednesday night brings back the New York Knicks. The Bucks are only one game behind the Knicks in the standings.

5 Things to Look Forward to this Brewers Season | Milwaukee Brewers Tickets

With Brewers opening day only two days away, I know you're as excited as I am about the beginning of the Brewers baseball season. It seems like only yesterday I was sitting under the light of the moon at Miller Park enjoying Brewers baseball in October and already it's time for the 2012 Brewers season. I have my Brewers tickets for opening day and a few other Brewers games in April and now I'd like to share with you the 5 things that I'm looking forward to this Brewers season:

1) Brewers pitching. We've got a solid pitching squad. I wonder if Axford will set any more club records this year.

2) The return of Ryan Braun. I know Braun didn't exactly go anywhere, but I'm just thankful that he did not get a 50-game suspension. I'm excited to see what the NL MVP will do this season.

3) Tailgating at Miller Park. Tailgating is something that we Brewers fans take for granted at Miller Park, but have you ever gone to a Cubs game or a Red Sox game? They don't have the luxury of tailgating facilities as we Brewers fans do. I cannot wait to fire up my grill in the Uecker parking lot, bask in the sun, throw some bags, sip some brews before the Brewers game!

4) Another Brewers post-season run. I like to think that the Brewers started a tradition last season of appearing in post-season games. The Milwaukee Brewers have a division title to defend!

5) Sausage races. I've always been partial to the bratwurst, but he/she never seems to win.

Honorable mention: The various bobblehead days. Always looking to grow the Brewers bobblehead collection. I'll trade you a Ben Sheets for a Robin Yount.

Rascal Flatts Joins Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater Lineup

Rascal Flatts joins Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater lineup, making them the ninth act to be announced for Summerfest 2012 Marcus Amphitheater headliners. Rascal Flatts will take the stage on the opening night of Summerfest, Wednesday, June 27th as a part of their Changed Tour. Little Big Town, Eli Young Band, and Edens Edge will open for Rascal Flatts. Ticket King Milwaukee is your source for Rascal Flatts Marcus Amphitheater tickets when they become available.

Rascal Flatts has seen much success on the road. Fans love their high energy shows which are often filled with lasers, pyrotechnics, and other special effects. In 2006, Rascal Flatts was the number one touring artist in terms of ticket sales. The country group has been a staple at two of Wisconsin's country music festivals, Country USA and Country Thunder. Rascal Flatts has released over twenty singles and all of them have been in the top 20 of the country music charts, including 11 number one hits. Country music fans will not want to miss this opportunity to catch the popular country band perform in Milwaukee.

Tiesto to Play Summerfest on July 3 at Marcus Amphitheater

Tiësto has been added to the Summerfest Marcus Amphitheater lineup! The "greatest DJ of all time" will headline the Marcus Amphitheater on Tuesday, July 3rd with special guests Steve Aoki, Zedd, R3hab, Tommy Trash and Pierce Fulton. Tiësto, a Dutch DJ and record producer, describes his style as house, electro house, and progressive house. He hit the mainstream in the early 2000s with the release of his first solo album, In My Memory. In 2004, Tiësto performed live at the opening ceremonies of the 2004 Olympics in Athens, making him the first DJ to ever perform such a feat. In 2007, Tiësto started a radio show called Tiesto's Club Life, which was syndicated across the world and is also a podcast. This latest addition to the Marcus Amphitheater lineup will certainly add some life to the already rocking Summerfest party! Ticket King Milwaukee is your source for great Tiësto Summerfest tickets.
