Red Wings Playoff Tickets Ready To Ship | Ticket King Milwaukee

Red Wings Playoff Tickets
Who holds the longest playoff streak for playoff appearances in pro sports? It's the Detroit Red Wings.  After last night's win, the Wings are just one point shy of moving on to another playoff run.  The team has just one more game to score that point, or the streak is broken. Red Wings playoff tickets are ready to ship if they make it. Here is the breakdown of the last three teams on the bubble.

The Red Wings need just one more goal and they are in.  They play the Stars on Saturday, and the puck drops at 7pm Eastern.  That's an away game. If the Wild collect two points along with the Wings grabbing one, that would force the Dallas Stars out of playoff contention. If Columbus loses to the Predators in regulation, they knock themselves out of the playoffs.  The Red Wings could still lose to Dallas and get a shot at the playoffs, but they would need major help.  This is one of those hockey seasons where fans might not know who is in and who is out until the clock runs out on the final regular season NHL game on Saturday night.

Red Wings Tickets On Sale Now

Ticket King has Red Wings tickets for all home and away games.  That includes the playoffs, should they make it.  We can ship your tickets overnight, or email tickets at a moment's notice.  The first game is set for April 30, but that may change. This shortened hockey season might have had an affect on team momentum, but we're all excited that the NHL playoffs are upon us.

Packers 2013 Schedule | Key Games And Match Ups

Packers 2013 Schedule
The 2013 Green Bay Packers schedule is out, and the team will be facing some strong opponents, starting with game number one against San Francisco. Will Green Bay allow the 49rs to win this third match up in less than 13 months? Kaepernick and Co. will not surprise anyone this upcoming season, and the Packers will have all summer to prepare for that mobile monster of a QB.

The team will also face the current Super Bowl champs in week #6.  It’s been four seasons since the two teams went head to head, and nearly nine years since the Packers visited Baltimore. Nobody wants to remember that game but if you need a refresher, the good guys lost by 45 points.
On week #2, the Redskins come to Green Bay.  Will “RG-3” be back to full strength? He’s another one of those mobile QB threats that have the ability to stun opposing defenses. That’s also the first Sunday afternoon game, so expect the fans to come out in big numbers.

On October 27, Greg Jennings and the Vikings will play host. Will we see Mr. Woodson in a Packers uniform, breaking up a pass intended for his former team mate?  Will Jennings be the key piece of the puzzle for the Vikings? All questions will be answered in due time.

During the stretch between that first Vikings game and the Thanksgiving contest at Detroit, the Packers will take on The Eagles, Giants, Vikings (again,) and the Bears.  This season is no picnic for our beloved Packers. The team will close out the regular season at Chicago, in a game that could have huge implications, should one or the other need a win to clinch. See you at Lambeau Field!

Paul McCartney Miller Park Tickets | Ticket King Wisconsin

Paul McCartney will perform in Milwaukee at Miller Park.  July 16 is the show date, and Paul McCartney tickets available now.  Mr. McCartney needs no introduction. He's one of the biggest musical stars of all time. From the Beatles, to Wings, to his solo work, he's managed to sell tens of millions of albums and singles. The name of the tour is quite easy to remember: The Stadium Tour.

Since the break up of the Beatles, Paul McCartney wasted little time staying out of the spotlight.  One of the first solo projects he put together was an album called Ram. That album came right after the 1970 recording titled "McCartney." What's the big hit on the Ram album? There were two popular songs on that vinyl, but Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey hit the top of the charts "Another Day" was also a great song, but didn't become nearly as popular as Uncle Albert.

It would take hours to list all of Paul's musical accomplishments.  Fast forward 2011 when Mr. McCartney performed two sold out performances in New York. That weekend, he found that stadium tours were the way to go. It would take two more years for the idea to come to fruition. He had other things to do before this upcoming tour.  He was the final act at the 2012 Royal Jubilee in England. He also manged to raise big money for hurricane Sandy relief.  Check out Paul McCartney at a stadium near you!

Pitbull Summerfest 2013 Tickets | Ticket King Milwaukee

Pitbull Summerfest Tickets 2013
Performing on the Marcus Amphitheater stage on June 30 will be none other than Pitbull.  Summerfest fans are happy to see his return.  His 2012 album, titled "Global Warming" has two top ten hits: Back In Time and Feel This Moment.  That song got a huge boost from Christina Aguilera, and the band A-ha.  Fans of hip-house and dance-pop will be scrambling for Pitbull tickets.

Pitbull has managed to take the best of some very famous songs, going all the way back to the 1956 hit titled Love is Strange.  That's a song you don't think that you know until you hear it.  Other notable artists whose tracks were copied include Cheryl Crow, Los del Rio, and TJR. After all, most house music is a mashup of well known music.

Pitbull Global Warming Album and Tour

The Global Warming album almost didn't see the light of day.  Pitbull was signed to a label that was shutting down.  He managed to get the disk released on RCA.  He didn't release the disk on the label that he co-owns with Sean "Diddy" Combs, as that's more of a Latin hip hop endeavor. Pitbull's opener has yet to be announced.  Rest assured, someone will be along for the ride.  Pitbull will spend most of the upcoming summer on tour. Later tour dates have yet to be announced.

Bucks Playoff Tickets For 2013 | Milwaukee Hopes To Make It Past The First Round

Bucks Playoff tickets
The Bucks are headed to the NBA Playoffs!  Milwaukee has a few regular season games to play, and then they face what will most likely be the Miami Heat in round one. Our Bucks Playoff tickets are on sale now.  The game dates have yet to be announced, but it's looking like the team will play their first game near the end of April.  The first two games will be on the road, then Milwaukee Comes home for a pair. If Milwaukee manages to win the first round, the next series is also a best of seven round, with three away games set in the middle.

We can expect the actual playoff dates to come at the end of the regular season, which is around mid week, next week.  Milwaukee's last regular season game is at Oklahoma.  Their final home game is on April 15, against the Nuggets.  At the time of this posting, they have three road and one home game yet to play.

Bucks Might Struggle In The First Round

Will Milwaukee make it interesting in the first round of the upcoming playoffs?  It seems that nobody is predicting that to happen.  Even though the Bucks took care of business against the Heat back on 12/29, the team is 1-4 overall against the 2012 NBA champions.  You never know what will happen in a playoff situation, and Milwaukee fans are hoping for a miracle.

Summerfest Violent Femmes Tickets For 2013 | Avett Brothers Co-Headline

Femmes Summerfest 2013
The on again, off again Violent Femmes will perform at Summerfest 2013, headlining at the Marcus Amphitheater on June 26.  Also on the bill will be The Avett Brothers.  Femmes Summerfest tickets are on sale April 12.  This year, the Femmes will move from a free stage to the big time.  Will they fill the 23,000 seat Marcus Amphitheater? That's a pretty big venue for a band that hasn't made an album since 2000.  One would suppose that their debut album (the only one to go platinum,) could carry the day, and bring in thousands of fans.
The fact that they tend to draw well in their home town is also a plus.  The highest charting album for the Femmes was their 1986 release, The Blind Leading The Naked.  That one topped out at #84.  This is why some folks wonder why the Femmes are taking the top spot during Summerfest.  Most times, you will see the band (when they are not on hiatus,) performing at local state fairs and 1500 seat theaters.  You can find tons of funny, quirky self promotion (and a bit of name dropping,) here on their band page.

Avett Brothers The Carpenter

The Avett Brothers are a band that hasn't taken a break since their debut in 2000.  Their last two albums have gone top 20, and will surely bring the fans into the Marcus Amp.  They continue to support their 2012 effort, titled The Carpenter.  The band is putting together a beefy 2013 tour, playing southern venues this month.  They will also perform at Somerset Wisconsin on June 29.

Summerfest 2013: Fun With Tegan And Sara Tickets | Ticket King Milwaukee

On June 27, Fun the band joins up with Tegan and Sarah at Summerfest 2013.  With their popularity rising, Fun is traveling across Europe this spring.  Their tour starts April 10, with a show in Utrecht.  Their first date on their North American leg of the tour is at our very own Marcus Amphitheater. Well, they do have a "one off" show in Boston on May 25, but we can't call that the start of their American tour, because they are right back over to Europe for nine more shows.  These guys will be busy criss-crossing the globe until late October. A quick scan of their European dates in April reveals that the band is selling out most venues.

The hit song Fun is touring on is called We Are Young.  All it took was a big name producer to lay hands on the tune, a popular TV show play it, and for hundreds of millions of football fans to hear the song during a commercial, and the rest is history.  Would Fun be anywhere without the magical touch of Jeffrey Bhasker? It seems that most pop bands need some sort of influential producer or lucky break like a commercial deal to get their foot in the door.  That's not to say that the band didn't try their best to hit the big time on their own.  They just got lucky three times over.

Tegan And Sarah Open For Fun

Tegan and Sara have been performing all over the world for the past 18 years.  Yes, that means the twins were belting out songs at a very youthful age.  They managed to take advantage of their high school recording equipment to create some pretty fun music.  Seven albums later, and they are still going strong.  Their new song Closer charted very high, right out of the box.  It's hard to find copies of their very early work titled, Under Feet Like Ours.  That disk was released fourteen years ago on a small label.
